Michael Starble, Chief Operating Officer
Michael Starble joined OPEN SCAN® in December 2003 and became Chief Operating Officer in May 2007. Prior to that he managed the sales and
marketing organization and guided the company's market focus into the corporate billing sector.
Mr. Starble has over twenty-five years of executive level sales and marketing leadership experience both domestically and internationally with acknowledged and emerging technology organizations including Ascential Software (acquired by IBM), Network-1 Security Solutions and Unisys. He also founded Emergis Group, a successful business development and venture catalyst firm focused on assisting European and Canadian software companies establish a market presence in the United States.
Mr. Starble holds a B.A. in Biology from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
